Rocket Leaves and Shellfish Mayonnaise

Braised Pig Cheek with baby Apple, crisp Ham and Red Wine jus

Roasted Vegetable Salad on Herb Quinoa,
with Micro Herbs and Balsamic reduction (v)

Chickpea, Chilli & Coriander soup (v)



Roasted fillet of Salmon, creamy mashed Potato, Asparagus,
roasted cherry Vine Tomato, baby Capers and White Wine sauce

Saddle of Rabbit stuffed with Wild Mushrooms,
served with fondant Potato, Kale, crispy Bacon and Rabbit jus

Chargrilled Scottish Fillet Steak (+ £5 supplement)
with roasted Courgette, Potato croquette, quenelle of Haggis and Shallot jus

Pearl Barley & Vegetable Risotto with Blue Cheese,
Spinach, tempura Vegetables and Herb Oil drizzle (v)



Baked Lemon Cheesecake served with Raspberry Compote

Pot of Butterscotch topped with a swirl of cream
