At the Glengarry Castle Hotel the evening meal is a daily highlight, the menu changes daily but is always based on traditional recipes using fresh local produce.


Dinner £29.00 inclusive of V.A.T.

 

Warm oak-Smoked Salmon parcel, filled with Chive-scented Scrambled Eggs

Chicken and Leek terrine, served with crisp garden leaves

Honey-roasted Quorn with Avocado pear and sweet Peppers, bound with natural yoghurt (v)


Cream of Courgette and Sweet Potato Soup (v)

Raspberry Sorbet


Baked fillet of Seabass enhanced by a Fennel, White Wine and Cream sauce

Fillet Steak of Aberdeen Angus Beef, cooked to your liking and served with our Whisky and Tarragon sauce

Roast breast of Duck accompanied by a fresh Berry compote and Port Wine jus

Savoury Vegetables in a puff pastry crust, served with Tomato and Basil jus (v)

Cherry and Almond flan served warm with Cherry Ice-cream

Banana Ice Cream Sundae

Cranachan (a delicious blend of Raspberries, Drambuie and honey-flavoured cream and toasted oatmeal) served with Shortbread biscuits

Slice of fresh Pineapple with a drizzle of Rum Syrup

Tonight's fine Scottish Cheeses are: Caboc and mature Highland Cheddar
