Local steamed Mussels
with curried Cream and Herbs

Roasted Asparagus and Quail’s Egg salad, with crispy Leaves,
charred Cucumber, Red Pepper Coulis and Garlic croutons (v)

Lentil & Bacon soup



Pan roasted Fillet of Pollock
with Seafood Chowder, Pak Choi, Pea shoots and Chilli & Lime Oil

Breast of Grouse with Potato gnocchi, Petit Pois puree,
garden Vegetables, Black Pudding crumb and Pan jus

Chargrilled Scottish Fillet Steak (+ £5 supplement)
with roasted root Vegetables, Parma Ham crisp and Whisky jus

Chick Pea Roast with Vegetable Ratatouille, Cheddar crisp,
creamy Herb sauce and micro Herbs (v)



Pecan, Whisky & Maple Syrup Flan
served warm with Clotted Cream Ice Cream

Scottish Tablet Ice Cream

Lemon Cream Roulade with fresh Raspberries

served with Walnut bread and Chef’s chutney
