Butternut Squash Pancake with Goats Cheese Beignets,
Rocket leaves, Balsamic reduction and Blue Poppy Seeds (v)

Scrabster Monkfish with Leek & Bacon, Scallion
mashed Potato, seared Scallop and Green Oil

Loin of Venison with braised Red Cabbage, Pear, fine Green Beans,
Gratin Potato and dark Chocolate & Red Wine jus

Chargrilled Scottish Fillet Steak (+ £5 supplement) with Mushroom Crostini, crispy Kale, honeyed Parsnip and Star Anise Peppercorn sauce

Wild Mushroom Ravioli
with White Truffle Cream Sauce, shavings of Parmesan and Broad Beans (v)




Dark Chocolate and Stem Ginger Flan served with
